Whether you are trying to conceive naturally, with the assistance of a fertility clinic, on your own, or with a partner, Ground to Grow was created for people like you—those searching for tools to manage the emotional challenges of fertility with grace, strength, and compassion. Mindfulness isn’t about forcing positivity or pretending everything is okay. It’s about meeting yourself where you are, even in the hardest moments. Instead of trying to control outcomes, the Ground to Grow program will teach you to:

Trying to conceive can feel overwhelming—like carrying the weight of hope, fear, and uncertainty all at once. I understand this deeply. I spent almost three years trying to conceive my only child. Month after month, I felt broken and so disappointed in my body for letting me down. It was painful and isolating to watch others grow their families while I was left waiting. During that time, I tried everything: supplements, acupuncture, surgery, medications, and two IVF cycles. Despite my best efforts, I felt increasingly exhausted and defeated. I had always believed hard work would bring results. But as the months passed, I realized I needed more than determination—I needed emotional tools to help me cope.
Meet Stephanie.
MBSR Instructor | Acupuncturist (R.TCM.P) As a fertility acupuncturist and mindfulness facilitator, I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating the ups and downs of trying to conceive with compassion and care. My own journey with infertility was a deeply personal one—a mix of hope, heartbreak, and resilience. It tested me in ways I never imagined but also reshaped my perspective and my life’s work. Building on my background as a health practitioner, I became a certified instructor of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Brown University and completed training in Mindfulness-Based Childbirth and Parenting, Listening Mothers, and Mindful Schools. I also pursued coaching training to deepen my ability to guide others through the emotional complexities of TTC. These practices taught me firsthand how mindfulness can offer a sense of grounding and resilience in the face of uncertainty. Whether you’re just beginning this path or healing from a loss, I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you cultivate strength, connection, and hope as you navigate this journey.
